RaQ3-All-System-Point-2.3: Log Generation Fix
        Fixes a problem with web, e-mail and ftp statistics generation. 

Note: For the few customers that have called the Technical Support Line and
have had a temporary patch applied to their system, please contact us again
after installing this package so that we can remove the temporary workaround
from your system.
