Software Updates For RaQ 4

RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-7657: FrontPage Update

This update fixes three problems that can
occur when using Microsoft FrontPage.

- Using FrontPage form submission displays error and is unable to send
  email with form information.

- Disabling a FrontPage user web site causes site subweb creation to not
  work correctly.

- Unable to connect to a virtual site with FrontPage if the site has
  been deleted and then recreated with same name.
  NOTE:  These virtual sites have an inconsistent FrontPage state.  This
    update will fix these inconsistencies and correctly show these
    sites as being non-FrontPage enabled.  The site-administrator
    needs to re-enable FrontPage for the above sites and give a new
    webmaster password before any user will be able to connect to
    this site with FrontPage.
